CLINIC MANAGER / ADVANCED SKIN SPECIALIST / SOCIAL MEDIA & CONTENT MANAGER
Taylor has been with Serendipity for over 7 years. She is an incredible skin therapist and talented beauty therapist. Her warm nature and caring personality wins the hearts of our clients. She is a self-confessed “skin nerd” and is so knowledgeable on skin health, ingredients, and treatments. She always goes above & beyond for her clients and achieves an amazing result every time – which is why we and her clients adore her! We joke that Taylor is OCD as she is always organizing, redecorating, and cleaning. Taylor also manages the salon and all of our social media pages and is often seen snapping pictures and videos in the salon – There is nothing this girl cannot do!

Naomi joins Serendipity with over 15 years experience, Naomi has a passion for not only getting her clients results with their skin but continually learning and upgrading he skillset to bring her clients the very best. Naomi performs all aspects of beauty therapy but specializes in advanced skin treatments.
Naomi works a rotating fortnightly roster and is booking out very quickly.

Rhyese is our amazing Spa & Skin Specialists. She has over 2 years’ experience making her clients look and feel their best! Rhyese is always interested in new skin treatments and ingredients that will help her clients reach their skin goals. Rhyese is always having a giggle with her quirky sense of humor and has such a warm and caring personality. She genuinely cares for her clients and wants them to feel confident and beautiful! Rhyese’s massages and facials are next level AMAZING!
Rhyese works Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays & Saturdays and does book out in advance.

Melissa has to have the sweetest nature of anyone we have evet met! She has been with Serendipity for over 8 years and has re joined us again after her maternity leave with her second son. She has such a kind and caring personality and really wants to create the signature serendipity experience for all of her clients. Her treatments are next level relaxing and she’s got amazing skin knowledge to go with it! She truly cares for her clients and is an absolute blessing to be around we adore her! Melissa works with us Thursday evenings & Saturdays and has very limited avaiability.

Jasmyne has started her journey to becoming a Serendipity Therapist. She is currently completing her Traineeship and will occasionally pop into the treatment room to watch the girls perform various treatments. She has just passed her waxing unit and is offering some waxing and tinting services already. She is already doing an amazing job and we can’t wait to watch her grow. Jasmyne is most excited to learn facials and all things skin. She will be in the salon everyday apart from Tuesday, so please give her a warm Serendipity welcome when you see her.

Jasmyne is offering a limited amount of discounted waxing and tinting services while she works on building up her speed and skill with waxing. Her training and treatments are overseen by management.
